William A. Scott II is a 24 year veteran of the United States Marine Corps and the owner of Global Executive Staffing, LLC.  William has always had a passion for helping children during many humanitarian exercises that he encountered around the world while serving in the Marine Corps.  William enjoys helping children build upon their academic enrichment by providing academic support tools and helping with career awareness opportunities, through community involvement and membership in his fraternal organization's activities.  William's educational background includes a bachelor's in business management, a master's degree in international business administration, and several professional certificates, including a recent Graduate Certificate from George Washington University in Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness and Response.  He is a proud father and has a passion for travel, international business, and mentoring young men and women in creating solid foundations for higher education.

Bill served on the DCFYI Board of Directors from 2016 to 2023 and was Chair of the Board from 2019 to 2023.
