Family & Youth Initiative is looking for a dynamic professional who has both fabulous interpersonal and organizational skills, who understands the impact of childhood trauma, and believes in giving young people agency and voice.
The Youth Coordinator is a full-time position, responsible for managing all aspects of youth involvement with DCFYI.
The work is highly relational – the Youth Coordinator builds relationships, especially with youth participants for the purpose of engaging them and ensuring they get to know and match with adult volunteers.
This is a hybrid position, with requirement to be in the DCFYI office at least once a week and at other area locations for weekend program events and other (support, training) sessions.
